Welcome our newest team member, Keysha Taylor

February 13, 2025

The Paul M. Angell Family Foundation is thrilled to introduce Keysha Taylor (she/her).

Keysha is the Manager of Talent and Culture, where she’ll play a pivotal role in talent management and culture-building efforts. Keysha brings a wealth of expertise in staff development, engagement and organizational culture.

Before joining the Paul M. Angell Family Foundation, Keysha worked across the education technology and nonprofit sectors, having transitioned into human resources from the hospitality industry. She has a diverse background that includes experience with start-ups, nonprofits like One Million Degrees, and philanthropy at the Pittsburgh Foundation.

Keysha holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Peirce College and a master’s degree in human resources management from Temple University. She is a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and an active member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR). Her experience and dedication make her a key driver in fostering a strong, dynamic workplace culture.

When not engaging with staff, Keysha loves to travel; taking long distance bike trips or flights to other countries. She also enjoys relaxing at home with her family and houseplants.

Please join us in welcoming Keysha. We’re excited for all the impactful work ahead!
