Guillermo  Muñoz  Küster 

Guillermo  Muñoz  Küster is a Program Officer for the Performing Arts at the Paul M. Angell Family Foundation (PMAFF) where he works closely with the Foundation’s grantee partners in its music portfolio. 

  

Prior to joining PMAFF, Guillermo worked for a decade in arts administration. He most recently served as Associate Managing Director for Apollo’s Fire Baroque Orchestra and previously spent nine years in various roles in the Artistic and Development departments of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. 

  

As a musician, Guillermo’s diverse career includes roles as a conductor, classical guitarist, and singer. Outside of work, he is an avid distance runner, enjoys attending performances of all kinds, being in nature, traveling, reading, exploring plant-based cuisines, and spending time with loved ones. 

  

Originally from Santiago, Chile, Guillermo earned a Master of Music degree from the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University, where he studied conducting and classical guitar, and a Bachelor of Music degree from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA.
